Register your business as a legitimate employer located in one of the above mentioned local government areas.
2. Nominate Your Required Skills
Let us know the particular skills, jobs, or qualifications that you may be finding difficult to fill from your previous recruitment efforts. Just completing this simple form will also provide your local council with valuable insights into current skill gaps in our region.
This information can then be used to provide more targeted messaging through the ongoing ‘Live the Grampians Way’ marketing campaign.
What will happen next?
The Shift Regional agency will compare your skill and job needs with the ever-growing list of interested candidates in our database to see if there is a match.
If they find there are at least one or more candidates who offer the matched skill/qualification, and who have registered their genuine interest in moving to the Grampians region, you may contacted to review the candidates’ profile, including their resume (if supplied).
Shift Regional offers a full end to end recruitment service. This option may be considered after completion of your registration and advice on the type of skills and experience you are looking for.
